We Spoke: Table


We Spoke: New Music Company ist ein Schweizer Ensemble geleitet von Serge Vuille, welches eine thematische Annäherung an die grossen Werke des 20. und 21. Jahrhunderts versucht. Die Gruppe arbeitet für jedes Projekt mit Künstlern und Musikern verschiedener Herkunft zusammen und bahnt seinen Weg durchs Labyrinth der zeitgenössischen Musik.

In der neuen Produktion WE SPOKE: TABLE geht es um Klänge, Bewegungen und Stille. Anhand von vier Stücken und ohne herkömmliche Instrumentierung erforschen die vier Musiker die direkte oder indirekte Beziehung zwischen Tonproduktion und Bewegung. Eingebettet darin sind zu hören:

ZUNGE LÖSEN (2008) für drei Performer von Christian Kesten
LIVING ROOM MUSIC (1966) von John Cage
NOISY INTERVAL (2010) von Serge Vuille und anderen Künstlern (Work in Progress)
EIN TISCH FÜR DREI, AN DEM TROIKA SICH LANGWEILT (1998) von Jacques Demierre.
