Wann beginnen zwei Stimmen sich voneinander zu entfernen beziehungsweise miteinander zu verschmelzen? Die Sängerin Irina Ungureanu und der Saxophonist Sébastien Schiesser setzen sich mit verschiedenen Stationen des Raumes zwischen Solo und Duo auseinander. Während Kagels Atem und Cages Aria als Anfangs- und Schlusspunkte des Programms die extremste Entfernung zweier Protagonisten zueinander darstellen, widmet sich Scelsis Litanie als Schmelzpunkt dem kompromisslosen Unisono. Dazwischen stehen Kesslers Is it? und Leroux' Un lieu verdoyant, welche voneinander unabhängigere Bewegungen der Stimmen ergründet.
