„Urknall“ – der Anfang von Allem? Inspiriert von dieser Frage präsentiert die fünfte Ausgabe des Musikfestival Bern vom 3.-13. September über 30 Konzertereignisse, Klanginstallationen und Performances in der Bundesstadt. Es geht um Anfänge, Entstehungsgeschichten, Mythen, Veränderungen und Archaisches. Chaos und Ordnung gilt es zu erfahren ebenso wie Stille und Explosivität.


Artists in Residence: Brian Archinal & Ensemble This | Ensemble That
Nicht wegzudenken aus dem Programm: die diesjährigen Artists in Residence Brian Archinal und das Ensemble This | Ensemble That. Die jungen, experimentierfreudigen Schlagzeuger werden im Quartett, solo und im Zusammenspiel mit mehreren Berner Ensembles zu hören sein.
