PERSIAN ELECTRONIC MUSIC


Dans le cadre d’une semaine culturelle consacrée à la musique iranienne qui se déroulera à l’ABC, les CMC co-organisent un concert intitulé « Persian electronic music ». Deux compositeurs seront à l’affiche : Alireza Mashayekhi et Ata Ebtekar. Ces
deux maîtres de musique iranienne composent de la musique électroacoustique depuis les années soixante. Ils aiment travailler sur des textures sonores ancestrales qu’ils transforment afin de créer quelque chose de nouveau. En préambule et pour se mettre dans l’ambiance, Cyrus Shahidi nous offrira un moment de spiritualité en jouant du sétar, instrument traditionnel iranien.
