Julien Monti et Nicolas Pittet / Songs performed on the Mandril City


Plongés dans les travaux du dessinateur Mandril, le compositeur et multiflûtiste Julien monti et le batteur Nicolas Pittet se lancent dans une performance sonore et visitent en musique les urbanisations utopiques du dessinateur. L'oeil pénètre en plusieurs étapes. D’abord mise à distance, la ville apparaît comme un brouillard flou dans lequel on pressent un fourmillement, puis de près, on entre véritablement dans la complexité d'un réseau, rendu dans ses moindres détails. L’habillage sonore et musical immerge l’auditeur dans ce monde fantastique.
